Consultation
Every storage space differs & every customer has different needs depending on the type and quantity of goods being handled. WP Group's expert team works alongside you to meet all of your warehouse storage, pallet racking and industrial shelving needs. Our experienced consultants will arrange a site visit & sit down with you to fully understand your requirements. Considerations include the goods being managed, the handling systems and the individual warehouse environment.
Once we have defined a clear set of objectives and design parameters, our team will be working to deliver the best possible solution both from a space and cost saving point of view. Our pallet racking and shelving systems are all manufactured to ISO quality standards and UK Warehouse Industry Standards as set out by the Storage Equipment Manufacturers Association ("SEMA").
With over 30+ years’ experience, we understand that the obvious solution isn’t always the best solution. Our expertise allows us to look at your project and put forward the ideal solution, and where possible we will present several options to ensure your racking or shelving installation meets your exact requirements.

Design
With a clear set of objectives and design parameters, our team will work to deliver the best possible space and cost-efficient solution. Our pallet racking and shelving systems are all manufactured to ISO quality standards and UK Warehouse Industry Standards as set out by the Storage Equipment Manufacturers Association ("SEMA").
To turn your project into reality, our team of in-house designers will use the specification and the brief to create a set of bespoke CAD drawings. In addition, our industry expertise will identify the correct specification of materials and construction methods for your project.
Upon completion of the drawings our estimators will identify the most cost-efficient combination of construction and materials. Our goal is to specify the most cost effective
and competitive project quotation. This allows us to deliver a complete proposal for your
final approval.

Installation
OWP Group works closely with top tier European pallet racking and industrial shelving manufacturers who only use high grade steel. All quotations are based on high quality components and configured according to manufacturer’s technical specifications ensuring a long service life.
Once a firm delivery date is agreed, we will work closely with you to select a convenient installation date. If necessary, we will work around your warehouse schedule minimising interference with the day to operation of your business.
Our team of highly skilled installers will then come to site and erect the racking or shelving system. Installation is performed to the highest standard and meets or exceeds all necessary regulations and guidelines.

After Care - Spares, Repairs, Inspection
Our commitment to provide top quality service, expertise and materials does not end with the completion of your project. All racking systems are liable to accidental damage or wear and tear through continuous heavy use and can become a safety hazard. All warehouse pallet racking and industrial shelving systems should be regularly inspected by a qualified employee or independent racking inspector. The inspection should examine the racking and provide a report on any damaged sections requiring repair or replacement.
WP Group provide a full replacement part and repair service and the option to provide labour. Using the inspection report, we will return the relevant areas of the racks back to the correct operating standard.
Many of our large number of our clients are repeat customers with long standing relationships. We are always available to offer advice about extending, changing or replacing existing installations. If any racks are damaged, unserviceable or needs redesigning, our expert technicians will provide the best solution minimising critical downtime.
