Totally Wicked, a leading provider of vaping products and accessories, has been a longstanding partner with West Pennine. The collaboration began with a racking installation in 2018. Over the years, as Totally Wicked’s operations expanded, they ordered multiple packing benches to support their growing needs. In September 2023, as the client acquired a new unit requiring pallet racking, they once again turned to West Pennine for planning and execution.
Harnessing our profound insights into Totally Wicked’s operational nuances and capitalising on our team’s expertise, we adeptly formulated an encompassing plan and promptly furnished a quote for the innovative pallet racking project.
The nuanced project involved the integration of two distinct rack types. The first, designed to accommodate standard pallets with a height of 12.50, whilst the second was engineered to house taller pallets standing at 15.34 in height. This solution addressed the specific storage needs dictated by the diverse range of products handled by the client.
Executing our plan with precision, our team’s efficiency shone through during the installation phase. The strategic deployment ensured that both rack types were seamlessly integrated into the warehouse environment. Notably, this strategic approach was instrumental in minimising operational disruption, allowing Totally Wicked to swiftly resume their business activities.

During this follow-up, we implemented yet another innovative rack solution, augmenting storage capacity and further optimising the warehouse layout. This iterative approach exemplifies our dedication to providing dynamic and scalable solutions tailored to our client’s evolving requirements.
